Life Changing
For a couple of pieces of seemingly expensive metal, these are absolute game changers for tall people- and worth every single penny.

I am very pleased with my seat extenders. They were easy to install and have added much needed leg room for my 6 ft. 2 in. frame. I don't know how I would have gotten into our 2011 Rav4 without these seat extenders.

The brackets work as advertised. My complaint is on the fulfillment and customer service end. We got a seemingly random bag of bolts. It's like they started with 4 medium length bolts then just threw in a handful of various bolts out of the bin. The collection of bolts doesn't seem to actually correlate to the 2007 Rav4 that I ordered the kit for. Of the four medium length bolts, only two of them are useful. Then I got two shorter, completely worthless bolts and one longer bolt. One bolt? Who needs just one bolt of a given size on a seat with four mounting points? And of course the one bolt is the one I needed two of for my car. We contacted customer service and they insisted I only needed the four medium bolts. I tried using those but they were so short, they wouldn't thread onto the back two mount holes. So, because customer service was of no use, I had to go to the hardware store and buy another bolt like the long single bolt they sent me. So the 15 minute install ended up taking an extra day. Maybe my Rav4 is just different than every other Rav4 or they don't actually care about matching the right bolts with the right vehicle. Either way, I was unimpressed with everything but the mounts themselves. Like I said, they work. If you order the kit for the 2006-2012 Rav4, make sure you ask them to send you the bolts you need instead of the grab-bag.
Are you happy with your EMS brackets? I am very happy with the RAV4 seat extension brackets. They make the vehicle far more comfortable, and probably safer to drive. On a scale of 1-10 how likely would you be to recommend this product to a tall friend. I would rate the brackets as a definite 10 in construction, ease of installation and function. I am 6’4” and they provided all the extra leg room I needed. What would you tell them? They should definitely invest in this piece of equipment for the RAV4. How could we improve the process? No changes of any consequence. It might be nice to have some manner of “cover” for the exposed front part of the bracket but that is only cosmetic. I should add that I had our mechanic do the installation; he had no problems.
just bought this product and had it put on my Rava4 2012. this is a great product. It like night and day. I am big and tall and my car was never had the leg room. I had it installed in Mesa Arizona at Auto spa. Great place
The seat glides work GREAT once you get them installed!! Like a new car! Instructions are not good!! It took me nearly two hours not 30 minutes! You must wiggle and stretch original seat to fit and I needed to grind part of the original seat bracket away to get the sliders to safely fit the '06 RAV4, but I did it. It took 12 days to ship and at $26 for shipping that is unacceptable. Otherwise, it really works!

I had some reservations before to proceed ordering the EMS brackets : the feedback customer service was not meeting entirely my expectations . After few “hiccups” with the shipping paperwork I finally got the parts (paying some extra brokerage fees which I thought are handled through the shipping charges) . Installation was relatively easy (the video helps however needs to be improved for better and clear angles ) – One single observation : the black bolts have smaller diameter flange than the Toyota seats bolts – if they are torqued to hard will lead to slot hole deformation into the seat rail. So far the product works well . I’m happy with the extra leg room.
I received my package after 2 weeks. The customs, brokerage, etc. fees were $83 to Canada, which, with the EMS $65 handling and shipping fees totaled $148. This is very high compared to the $225 price of the brackets. USPS would have been much cheaper. As well, there are apparently discount coupons available on the Internet which I wasn't aware of. Google for them. The bracket installation went well until the last bolt to connect the RAV4 seat guide to the EMS bracket. Even with the bolts loose, the hole in the RAV guide did not align sufficiently with the EMS nut to allow the bolt to engage. Just as I was about to give up, a friend unexpectedly arrived. By sitting in the back seat, he was able to push the RAV seat guide with his foot and I was just able to get the bolt to engage. My advice is to test fit the bolts securing the RAV seat guides to the EMS brackets prior to bolting down the EMS brackets. Otherwise, the product works very well and the extra room is surprising for only an additional 4 inches of length. I am happy.
Works great you don't have to be tall to use, works for big people giving the right amount of room
