ExtendMySeat Return Policy
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of ExtendMySeat processing; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
- You can return your purchase 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. If you purchased an item/s using a discount you will be refunded the paid total of your brackets less 10% (minimum of $20).
- You will NOT be refunded for upgraded shipping over ground on any orders.
- We will not accept merchandise that has been scratched or damaged.
- We do not allow returns from international order unless it is a defect from EXTENDMYSEAT.
- Shipping will not be refunded unless part(s) are defective.
- If ExtendMySeat made an error in fulfillment of your order, or the package was received in damaged condition we will cover shipping charges to return the product.
Follow these simple steps for an easy return:
- Enclose all ordered items along with the order ID, invoice, and items being returned into a package.
- We do not provide the return shipping label, please take package to carrier of choice and select preferred method of shipment

USA Domestic Shipping
US orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Depending on the shipping provider you choose, delivery date estimates appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
We routinely ship products all over the world, and can easily accommodate orders to be shipped outside of the United States. International orders require additional processing based on the country where the order is being shipped.
Please note some Countries require the customer to pay additional importation fees and tariffs. These tariffs are out of our control and paid for by the recipient.
