We bought a new Corolla and didn't really check out the leg room until it was to late. My wife did some research and found Extend My Seat on the Internet. Ordered the extender and now love my car. My 76 year old grandmother bought a 2011 Toyota Corolla for some reason. Mainly, I think, because she was heavily influenced by some of my relatives "helping" her find a new car. ExtendMySeat's customer extension plates were perfectly designed to provide a solid seat base several inches farther back. The precision fit of each of the four plates for my Corolla made installation very easy. I can hardly imagine how horrible it would have been to fabricate something myself, or how expensive to have a shop do something comparable. Thank you so much.
This is by far the best purchase I made for my car. The brackets mount up perfect to factory specs and product is very high quality! Worth every $$$. In fact I have too much leg room now and no complaints. I'm 6'1" and drive a 2012 Corolla in comfort thanks to extendmyseat. Amazing!!!!!
I was struck by the complex forming & engineering the seat extender required--very nicely done. It went in as advertised without having to remove the seat (just released the tie down bolts). I was considering selling the car because of lack of fit (I'm 6'4") but that's no longer the plan.
This is the best mod I have done to my car yet. Like yourself I am also 6'5"so the leg room is superb compared to stock. Great product. Thanks for thinking of us larger folks.
Great product. Finally! The seat brackets are better than advertised. My package arrived within 4 business days. The quality is amazing as these brackets are made from thick steel and painted black. I am very impressed with the quality and appearance of the brackets I spent a little over 30 minutes installing my driver side brackets. The instructions could be a little bit more clear however I was able to complete the installation fairly easily. In the end, I am very pleased with my new legroom and would recommend the brackets to anyone who feels cramped in their car. I cant imagine driving without the added legroom.
